1. Water purifier: one year warranty
2. Consumables are not within the scope of warranty: water purifier consumables filter.
3. Hankgo's customer warranty policy is strictly implemented according to the product manual.
1. The consumer causes damage due to improper use, maintenance and storage;
2. It is disassembled and repaired by itself or by non special maintenance personnel of the manufacturer;
3. Without warranty certificate and valid invoice;
4. The bar code of the product is defective or the model of San Bao certificate is inconsistent with the model of the repaired product or altered;
5. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters;
6. All damages and losses caused by environmental conditions such as power supply, water source, temperature, humidity and other factors beyond the control of the company.
(1) For commercial, company collective use and other non domestic products, the whole machine and main parts are repaired for three months.
(2) If the warranty period needs to be extended, the company's service policy shall prevail.
1. In case of performance failure within 7 days after receiving the goods, you can choose to return, exchange or repair.
2. In case of performance failure within 15 days from the date of receiving the goods, you can choose to replace or repair the goods.
3. Within the validity period of the Three Guarantees, if the same performance failure occurs and the product cannot be used normally after being repaired for more than two times, the product of the same specification can be repla- ced free of charge.
4. For products sold by Internet, TV, telephone, mail order, etc., the user can choose to return the goods within seven days from the date of receiving the goods (but for the goods that the user confirms are not suitable for return at the time of purchase, return without reason is not applicable); The returned goods shall be in good condition, and the price paid by the user shall be returned within seven days from the date of receiving the returned goods, and the freight of the returned goods shall be borne by the user; If there is another agreement, it shall be followed.
5. The user who chooses to return the goods must provide the invoice of the corresponding product and guarantee the integrity of the product, including the original packing box, instruction manual, product accessories and all other accessories attached by the merchant. If a part is lost or damaged, it does not comply with the return terms of our products, and we will not be able to provide return service.
(1) Performance failure: refers to the repair of safety performance failure and service performance fault of the product, excluding repair or door-to-door repair of other quality problems.
(2) When returning or replacing products, if the conditions for collecting depreciation fee are met, the calculation formula of the charge for depreciation fee is: depreciation fee = (purchase time - waiting for repair time) × Daily deprecia- tion rate × Purchase price( The daily depreciation rate of water purifier is 0.05% according to the depreciation fee stipulated by the third national guarantee, and the rest products are referred to).
Due to the difference of goods, other service policies have different policies. In the implementation rules, such as repair operation, after-sales service, technical support, etc., it may be different for you to provide services; All the provisions on repair shall be governed by the national Three Guarantees regulations. In case of any conflict between the instructions and the provisions of the Three Guarantees, the "Three Guarantees regulations" shall prevail.
